Cancellation & No-show Fee: 100% of the total service price.
No-shows and last minute cancellations hurt our business. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 3 hours in advance for all services. Cancellations that are not received within the 3 hour time frame are subject to a 100% fee; therefore, for all services, a credit card will be required at the time of booking.
Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, there will be a time that we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals. Clients will be responsible for full service fees.
